Return and Exchange PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the merchandise with the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please call ahead so that we can issue a Return Authorization Number; there will be a 10% restocking fee. All returned items must have a copy of the original invoice enclosed for a refund and how you would like the credit processed or exchange request. Returns due to error on our part or due to the item being defective will be given a full refund. If replacement requested the item will be shipped to you at no charge. Payments made by check will be refunded 14 days after purchase is made. Items will be refunded in the same form of currency used for the purchase or store credit. Ship the package insured and prepaid via US Mail or UPS. Credits will be applied and / or replacements will be shipped out upon receiving your return.
